Set up shiny server to enable feedback from others #12

-Needs to be accessible to our collaborators, non-computational people -Needs to have password/credential access

Option 1: We can use http://www.shinyapps.io/, which has a password feature and has about zero setup. There is a bill though. Could be ~$1000 per year. https://www.r-bloggers.com/password-protect-shiny-apps/

Option 2: We set up a shiny server on a google VM. https://github.com/paeselhz/RStudio-Shiny-Server-on-GCP ... again there's a bill to pay, but we maybe we can bundle it with GCG work, or CRI can pay?

Option 3: We can work with our IT to set up a outward facing R shiny server internally. Then control is out of our hands regarding updates and etc.

What kind of feedback are you looking for? Something beyond an email form?
