Add common installation errors section to README #194

Added a common installations errors section seen in MacOS under the "Install" header. This is by no means exhaustive and only covers the errors I ran into when doing a fresh install on a new laptop.

That makes sense -- I've moved the section to the end of the README and linked to it in the Installation section as well.
