Feature Request: Metadata Manager #4

It is great that the Project summary page can be customized using the Metafields page; however, the UI could use some additional functionality if possible. For example, it would be great to be able to edit an existing property rather than deleting and creating/re-creating a new property when something changes (e.g., value options need to be updated). It would also be helpful if we had the ability to order those fields (similar to ordering fields in dataset displays) so they can be displayed in a logical order on the Project summary page.

Follow-up comment re: page behavior - When I select and delete a property, all the items in the grid list below the selected/deleted property disappear from view. In order to view the full list again, you need to refresh or navigate away from, and then back to, the page for the list to reload.
