"Add a field" select box not populating in "Edit Project Dataset" menu #54

When on the Fields tab of the Edit Project Dataset menu (Admin -> Datasets -> Select dataset), the "Add a field" select box does not populate.

However, if I Remove a field from the dataset, the menu then populates.
