Newly created instrument not showing in grid #59

When creating a new instrument in the Project Lists tab, the grid doesn't update to show the newly created instrument until you refresh the page. I think the grid simply needs to be refreshed upon saving a new instrument to properly show it in the list.

Need to refresh the browser window, but be cautious as you will loose any filter which is in place. Sometimes need to dump the cache of the browser.
