1 - In My Preferences menu, provide ability for users to change/update their own user password; currently only Admin can make this change through the Organization>Users grid
2 - Ability to include custom links, possibly in Tools menu; at a minimum, we would like to provide a link to Kus, but can also see the utility in providing links to other repositories/data sources (e.g., DART, FINS, PTAGIS, etc)
