Re-examine use of process vs process boundary #10

All of the CRO subclasses of 'process boundary' are processes. Process boundaries are instantaneous, occurring in time but not over an interval, and they tend to be reserved for talking about the meeting points between processes. However, all your subclasses will likely occur over some portion of time, even if a very small portion of time.
