marker_default.png missing in osmdroid-android package #64

Using the OpenStreetMapViewItemizedOverlayWithFocus (and 
OpenStreetMapViewItemizedOverlay) crashes, if it is being used without a 
ResourceProxy implementation. It references the following resources:

marker_default_focused_base
marker_default

both images are missing in the jar file in the download area and in SVN, they 
should be copied from the OsmStreetMapViewer/res/drawable folder.
