This PR moves testing of the OS X installation into a separate workflow.
For some unknown reason, that could not yet be reproduced locally, the EMPairProduction test.secondaries fails randomly for several combination of the OS X installation. To clearly show in the test badge on the README page that the Ubuntu installation works the OS X test were separated and will not be displayed in the README badge.
Furthermore, the Author file is removed from the repository. It was not showing the latest contributors to the software. Instead of updating the file, which might get out of synch in the future again, it seems more reasonable to expect people to look into the commit history. This will always show up to date contributions to the code. In addition, active developers are clearly visible as member of the CRPropa github team.
