Access to additional resources currently limited #398

Parts of the additional resources (e.g. extragalactic magnetic gield models) are currently not available on the webpage (https://www.desy.de/~crpropa/).

The installation of the last published (v3.1.7) and current master version seems to work fine.

We are working on a solution. In urgent cases, please write an email to one of the developers to get access to these files.

Thanks to @adundovi the dix was faster than expected. Access should be restored.
