Intersect information within AOI list response #25

As originally discussed in #23, it would be nice to be able to see some (possibly cached) pointcloud and raster intersect information within the AOI list response.

We got caching into GRiD 1.4.3 so we are now including intersect information at the AOI list GET request level. We will continue to monitor performance.
