As done on the old site, we need to display all of the range measurements from a single profile and be able to compare different time plots. -Plot measurement # vs. range -Allow user to toggle through past profiles -Allow user to compare multiple profiles on the same plot (need to discuss this) -Animate the profiles over time, as done on old site

Allow user to choose "static" or "animate". The animate page will have a brush on the bottom with play/stop controls, date range controls by brushing, and a time indicator. Default play will be a loop for the past three months.

The static page will let you add dates (by a calendar picker) to show on the viz. Color coded.
