Mr 35 hookup regression plot #123

Hooked up slope and intercept. contributions and interpolation ranges will to be done after contribution matrix is made available.

  • Found a bug (see picture) -> it doesn't seem to include 'The Little', and when I try to add just that one, it adds them all instead??? But it does appear when I add the extrapolation lines - maybe its the axis cropping once I removed the contributions?

That was intentional(ish) that the dummy data was created assuming that the_Little was the reference treatment. It's not by default thoguh, so adding it as a comparator makes things a little squiffy.

  • Found a potential other bug (picture) -> I chose a covariate value that was outside the range, yet the slops appear to be within the range?

This is again, down to the fact that some of the plot data is dummy data. Once the contribution matrix is done, then this should all be sorted.
