Document Spring Boot support #15

Now that Spring Boot 3.2 RC1 has been released, this is a first contribution before potential upcoming refinements to be contributed before GA.

I could for example later update https://github.com/CRaC/example-spring-boot with a canonical Spring Boot 3.2 + CRaC example, and update this doc to link it instead of https://github.com/sdeleuze/spring-boot-crac-demo.

I will also update the documentation links when GA will be released.
