Enable IntelliJ as an IDE #139

Currently we are not able to use IntelliJ as it is supported by the Android plugin we are using. The Android plugin we use is from the Canary channel as it the only way to enable Android Compose support.

Next steps will be to wait for the plugin to mature and reach a more stable channel. In the meantime we will track the progress of the new versions of Intellij and update packages as they become available.

We continue to be blocked due to AGP still requiring ArticFox as a minimum. I am hoping that the next version of AGP should provide support for IntelliJ again.
