Provide user feedback when the HaltUtil halts a thread #159

The HaltUtil class provides a convenient mechanism to stop execution. It would be very convenient to alert the user about this and provide them with some actions they can take.

Look at the interface HaltUtil and interface HaltUtilDelegate.
