Weapon Statistics #17

Statistics for each weapon for each character. I don't have experience with this part of the API, some research will need to be done first.

I have done a lot of progress on this area. The code is already in the repo but it has not been released yet.

I have some very simple stats but I dont think I will be able to add anything else. Closing as wont fix.
