How can we "reset" the system/site for the next conference? #14

The goal of the system is not to use it for one conference and then throw it away.... so we need to consider how best to "reset" the system. Tasks that need to happen include:

  1. Moving/archiving submissions from "last year" to clear the slate for "this year".
  2. Cleaning-up associated tables in database.
  3. Other?

So... this probably requires some sort of administrative interface to handle these details....
