Automatically Assign Contributor

Automatically assign contributor to a reviewer when one registers. It may be easier than a reviewer waiting for Heise to assign them a contributor. It can be automatically assigned based off of the common subjects.

This is an intriguing idea -- one that merits some consideration, but down the road. Typically, reviewers are not assigned to papers until all papers have been received..... This is not necessarily the way it has to be, but we would need to consider the implications of assigning reviewers as contributions come-in. I like this idea, though, and I think it should remain on a "for future consideration" list.

This may be something that would be easier for the person who might have to assign someone to the paper but my concern is that maybe the paper may not actually fit the reviewer. I know the person checks where it should go but the paper may fall into a different category that the contributor did not think it would.

Dr. Heise, I definitely agree that it should something for down the road. Amanda, that's why I said think it should be assigned based off of the subjects both have in common.
