Note: There are two ActiveMQ projects, the original and ActiveMQ Artemis. This is for the original ActiveMQ. Artemis is based off another codebase donated to Apache (HornetQ). It is planned to be the replacement for ActiveMQ. ActiveMQ is currently only in security updates and is not receiving new features while Artemis is in active development. It might be worth discussing which one to prioritize and depending on the work load, it could be good to do both.
