Adapt to eodag latest server api that moved from Flask to FastAPI:

[ ] ~use online documentation from FastAPI swagger instead of Flasgger, see https://github.com/CS-SI/eodag/pull/701~
[x] send geometry as intersect parameter instead of geom, see https://github.com/CS-SI/eodag/pull/796
