setup_logging update with eodag>=2.3.0

Now that eodag 2.3.0b1 and 2.3.0 have been released, the generated python code should be updated to be clearer for users:

• [x] replace:

  from eodag import EODataAccessGateway
  from eodag.utils.logging import setup_logging

  with:

  from eodag import EODataAccessGateway, setup_logging

• [x] update setup.py requirements with eodag>=2.3.0
