Honor old record_filename in v3.x and don't download product again

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. After upgrade to 3.0.0 all our products downloading again, because record_filename generation is changed in this commit: https://github.com/CS-SI/eodag/commit/c8189af1c9f9f68ed793d9eadfba62028ae6d8d1

Describe the solution you'd like Renaming the old file to new hash, the download is skipped.
