[superuser] Be more careful with plotting stages #122

Summary: Don't show stages that happened well before our interval. For those that start before but end after the start of our region of interest, truncate the bars.

Visually, this diff takes us from ~~http://d.pr/i/XGs0~~ to http://d.pr/i/QRLr
