Schedule Breakdown: 5mins Preparation 15mins Discussion (Try to keep to 12mins)

Brief: To discuss outline for OP2, Product Demonstration.

Agenda:

  1. Recap and align what our application is about (1 Min)
    • Context
  2. Decide outline for presentation (8 Mins)
    • How to value add to presentation (How to sell: Features we want to present)
    • Presentation style and flow
  3. Decide call for action (2 Mins)
  4. AOB (1 Min)
  5. Summary (3 Mins)
  6. Date for next meeting

Proposed Agenda:

  1. Establish requirements & align expectations for upcoming product demo (5 min)

    • Go through the assessment information, pick out key details (See situation session below)
    • Make sure everyone is on the same page

  2. Recap and align what our application is about (3 min)

    • SocialCare enables volunteer managers in social welfare organisations to manage their volunteers and events
    • Derive insights from statistics about number of volunteers, number of events, number of volunteers across each event etc.

  3. Decide target audience (7 min)

    • What is their profile?
    • What are they there for? (Cover all possibilities)
    • What are things we can do to cater to them?

  4. Next steps

    • Work further on our product to prepare it for product demo
    • Use UI Mockups to practice stepping through the application?
