Allow users to use subscribe feature outside of the Feeds Context #153

Please describe the problem When trying to subscribe to a feed listed after entering feed https://live.engadget.com/rss.xml, I was unable to do so because the application only allows users to subscribe to feeds only under the Feeds Context. image

Describe the improvement you'd like to suggest The team should allow users to subscribe to feeds even out of the feeds context such as when the user types feed https://live.engadget.com/rss.xml This provides are usability and is more intuitive for the user to use as well.
