Explain different colors for different tags #155

Please describe the problem When viewing the list of search results, I noticed that certain tags had different colors but I wasn't sure what they actually meant. Example: science is highlighted in red but does it mean anything? image

Describe the improvement you'd like to suggest If tag colors have a meaning, define the meaning of the color if it is important or allow users to choose their own tag colors.

Explanation: randomised colours for viewability
