Cannot have "add/.*" as a sub-string in the Title or Description field. #163

How to reproduce:

edit 1 d/zxc add/asd
Notice that the first link has its description editted to "zxc", not "zxc add/asd"

Additional context:

The bug is due to the legacy Address field prefix, "/add", still present in the parsers. The parsers creates one additional token using the "/add" prefix, instead of taking the whole string "zxc add/asd".
