no auto reminder was sent for event that was scheduled for 3pm today #178

Describe the bug According to UG, there should be a reminder automatically sent in the app 2 minutes before event, but none was received.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Wait for an event that happens in the next 2 minutes

Expected behavior A reminder should be snet
