[x] Updated User Guide (updated v2.0 features and summary feature)
[x] Updated Developer Guide (updated summary feature: UML diagrams and shifted Aster Plot graph implementation as v2.0, analysed under "Design Considerations")
[x] Updated PPP according to the current implementation of summary feature, plus some minor reformatting
[x] Removed unwanted d3.js files since not implementing Aster Plot Graph (shift to v2.0)

May have to do slight edits to "Summary of Contributions" under PPP (update tags)
Consider whether to add in aster plot implementation under UG Upcoming Features [v2.0]
