This new PR fixes the un-matching tag colors in PersonListPanel and PersonPanel

Create tagColor field in Person

Coverage increased (+0.05%) to 83.554% when pulling 09df762d563e3ddbdc1692feb85626fd72a6c61b on refactor/different-tag-color into 87b2c6397c71e17243b319711d8743a44f817a23 on master.
