Command line: [command] [index] [custom field] [value for the custom field] example:

custom 1 nickname/Ah Chuang add a custom field nickname for the first person in the address book with value "Ah Chuang"
custom nickname/Ah Chuang invalid command
custom 1 nickname/ remove the nickname of the first person and do not displace "nickname"
