Import export feature bugfix & more_tests #154

This PR improves the import and export commands to be simpler to use!

Changes:

Import, export command now only takes filename. (Cannot include .ics extension. You will get file.ics.ics) EG: import my_silly_filename >> imports from: .\import_export\my_silly_filename.ics
UG updated.
more tests (added: importcommand, export command)
I added a cat in there.

This will probably merge conflict with my PR since I cleaned up some of the comments in the TimeTable UI parts too... Oh well, deal with it when it happens

I will reinstate the 6 tests that i @Ignored on a later date.
