When casting off a contestant, sets tribe name to Tribe1 #82

As the title says, when you cast someone off who is in Tribe2, it will set their tribe to Tribe1. No change noticed on people already in Tribe1.

I thought this was fixed in a recent commit. you on the correct branch?

Confirmed, its a problem still.
