Many Files are unorganized (Data)

We need someone to go through and organize the files.

I think the only ones that need it are Data.

Proposal (same as original)

Categorize into:

• Constructor
• Mutator
• Accessor
• Helper (internal, private, protected)

In each of those, have them organized by:

• New methods
• Overridden methods
• Interface methods

Wasn't really thinking about order, but definitely keep the order consistent across all files.

The bit one here is definitely GameData. Its a mess of functions at the moment. :( I wish we had partial classes.
