Upon discovery, the "view week" spinner did not allow for going through weeks, and all the questions were being thrown into week 1's questions, which could all be viewed in the "view question" spinner.
Eg. if you had 3 questions week 1, then went to week 2, then added 3 more questions, it would all be under week one as week 1's questions (1,2,3) then week 2's (4,5,6).
Also, because of this, you can modify past week questions, which shouldn't happen.
