Can we make everything in MD for now? It's much easier to read it online.

@theoden8 We can unify the filetypes once they're uploaded (probably to .md, worth keeping the original .tex file(s) around though).

We shouldn't really be uploading compiled files to this repo - if you could remove the .pdf from this PR that would be :ok_hand:

The file being called main.tex is a bit iffy - if you wanna follow what's in the repo so far you could go for ml-1.tex.
