Create basic login System #12

It is implied that a login system will require User() class(es). Suggestions: User() superclass with RegUser() and TrainerUser(). Various information will need to be stored/tied to specific users, weights lifted, distance ran, etc.

Split into 2 Seperate tasks, closed, and assigned self new tasks. Same hours etc.
