Removing and moving back to In-progress. Moved wrong issue.

Continue block with android even after mips package. New laptop arrives today with intel. Will move to that. To be completed by Feb 23rd

Completed. Still difficulty with laptop (appears to have been stolen in the mail) but am ready to start commiting code.
