Parsing CSV files into a usable formats for displaying info #42

I will write a class/method to parse a passed in CSV file.

I will be adding dependencies to this issue once everyone has added their issues to the boards. This will be blocked by a few things. One would be how the databases will be organized. Another will be waiting on usable CSV files from the recipe and pantry database.

As discussed in the stand up, I will be closing this issue, this is similar to what charles is doing and we do not need to double up on the task. I will be adding 2 hours to the sprint #2 backlog.
