Investigate whether or not we can use a third party service to notify/email customers/tour guides when a booking is confirmed/working tour has been cancelled/made

Thomas: Researched and setup a google cloud project for the firebase 3rd party notifications. Only got as far as adding the firebase to the google cloud platform project
