Replace docs website with team intro page #248

Doing this in two parts:

  1. First PR will disable doc generation. Will keep the tooling there as (IMO) this is pretty useful when run locally.
  2. Add page to local directory in project.
  3. Switch GHP to use repo directory instead of gh-pages branch.
