Account registration changed #262

Separated account registration into two different files. For patients registration you can access it the same way we have been by going to login and clicking "Create Account" button. For doctors/admins the only way you can access it is by directly typing in the URL. On your local machine http://localhost:8080/registerDoctorAdmin and on production https://virtudoc.herokuapp.com/registerDoctorAdmin .
