Extract tickers from title of latest news command and provide them in a list #32

This is under a stretch goal.

As a user, I would like to see news from other tickers that are coming as part of a title in /latestnews ticker command.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] When /latestnews command shows news articles, we should extract other tickers from titles and display them as a listat the end of the news command.
[ ] On the click of that button, a user should be able to see the latest news of that ticker without using /latestnews command.

@akuten1298 @NiyatiKhandelwal-99 I want to get feedback on button names of tickers. Should I show it as a ticker symbol or a complete name of the company?

Currently, I am showing it as a ticker symbol.
