I hope you don't mind i assign this to you, please feel free to ask me questions.

Create pre-page before the calendar page by asking user to log-in or sign-up Create "pre-page.html", i will add condition in back-end side after you create it.

Log-in: create login with google account button

Sign-Up: Ask them to sign up with Google Account and Ask them to add their class number and event organizer preference setting.
