Some improvements was asked by @brussell123 for the pull request #51 started by @Abhijit-2592, which was intended to fix issue #50 for fixing mode "c" bug.
This PR is a continuation of #51 and try to fix it.
The following improvements are applied:
Minimize the diffs between current master and new commits.
L102: Verify "$c = -1" is correct.
L84, L89, L90 - Make "$i" be zero-indexed.
L85 - Fix indentation to match rest of code block
L2 - Remove the redundant "globalvariables.pl"
Furthermore, the mode "c" bug for back button is also fixed applying similar change to fetch_prev_image.cgi.
