Mount the LabelMe data outside docker. #83

The Data Saved by LabelMe is mounted outside docker so that the data is not lost when the container is exited! @brussell123 @xavierpuigf kindly look into this patch.

Just tried out your script. Great job :)

Maybe it would help to ask for the path to the git repo clone as well, so that the files can be automatically copied? Or include instructions to copy the user's data to the Image folder before the container start and include a call to populate_dirlist.sh?
