Create a system that allows students to request for an attendace correction through an application. #61

Instead of making the students communicate with the teacher who can then change their attendance an application would allow the students to request an attendance correction. The app should make sure to mark the time and location of the student, then make sure the student the request is legitimate, then send out the request.

I started implementing the feature, but I believe it to be a later feature to be added as it isn't dire to release the product. I have a mock-up design in my playground (https://github.com/CSAllenISD/2023-ISP-AutomatedAttendance/tree/connor's-playground) branch that you can refer to.
