Integrate Recognition Software On Webpage Camera

We need to implement out recognition.py to work with our app.py which runs our website with the live camera on dashboard.html.

Done on Development Branch. The camera works, but recognition needs to be updated because it crashes whenever the detection detects a face. Still In Progress Issue.
