Attempt Communication with teammates

We do not have healthy communication within our team and it often leads to toxic arguments we still have not communicated at all with our 3rd member. We will attempt to communicate better and reach out to the 3rd teammate.

We could use professional platforms such as slack to help us maintain the necessary composure as opposed to informal social networks such as discord.
